Do you install impact windows and doors as well?

We as a direct installer do not. However, we do set you up with our preferred installer who has a proven record quality work and service.

 

Is an impact rated Aluminum Door and Window necessary for my home?

In theory, YES it is becoming a standard requirement for building codes nation and world wide. In reality, even more so due to the fact that it is second to none in security, energy efficiency, noise pollution, and more importantly peace of mind for you and your family.

 

Do you provide warranty on your Impact doors and Windows?

Yes, all our products are backed by our industry leading 10 year warranty on all impact doors and windows. Please refer to the warranty section.

 

What is the lead time on your Impact rated entry doors and windows?

We require an industry wide 6-8 weeks lead time.

What is the order procedure?

1. Finish/model

2. Order is placed by signing estimate and depositing 50% of the order total.

3. Shop drawing is send to be reviewed, approved and signed by you.

4. (If purchased) Installation appointment is made During lead time of 6-8 weeks

5. On order pick-up or delivery remaining 50% is due, no exceptions.

6. Installation is accomplished on pre-recorded date.

7. Customer satisfaction survey is provided for our records and fulfillment of our commitment and policy.
